The IATSE Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee is dedicated to the advancement of each individual in IATSE. The Committee aspires to facilitate a cultural change that intentionally values a diversity of perspectives, backgrounds, and beliefs. By providing sustainable resources, guidance, initiatives, and policies, IATSE will ensure that it is an organization in which all members and leaders, regardless of background or identity, are included and have equitable access to success.

The Activism Committee is the voice and action of our union in the community and political landscape. They mobilize members for causes that affect our industry and livelihoods, driving advocacy efforts that foster change and promote the rights of workers.
The Building Board ensures that our facilities meet the needs of our members and serve as a hub for union activities. Work with us to create spaces that foster collaboration, learning, and unity.
The Events Committee is the creative force behind our union’s gatherings. From social mixers to formal galas, this team plans and executes a range of events that bring our members together for networking, celebration, and solidarity.
